Create a Seedance AI video for a social post
A generated clip starts with a production brief. Decide what should move, what must stay accurate and how the clip will fit the finished post.
Seedance can be used to create a short generated scene for a social post. Before generating, define the subject, action, framing and duration. If the post shows a real product, decide which details must stay faithful to a reference and which parts are only illustration.
Blitz Planner’s in-app video controls offer Seedance 2.0 and its fast variant, with short durations of 4, 8, 10 or 12 seconds. These are clip-generation choices, not a promise that a whole narrated content week will appear in one action.
Give the clip one visual job
A short clip can establish a situation, show an imagined scene or add movement to a reviewed visual. It is less suitable for proving an exact software interaction or displaying text that must be accurate.
For a product demonstration, record the real interface. For an illustration around the product, make the distinction visible in the post. A generated object or scene should not be presented as footage of a real customer result.
Write a production brief, not a slogan
Use a subject, an action, a camera choice and constraints. For example:
Vertical illustrative scene: a generic ceramic mug on a plain desk in daylight. The camera moves slowly closer while the mug stays still. One continuous shot. Keep the background simple. No invented interface, logos or on-screen lettering. The clip introduces a post about photographing products; it is not footage of a customer’s product.
That example is easier to inspect than “make a beautiful viral product video.” You can decide whether the subject stayed still, the camera moved as intended and extra objects appeared.
Choose the reference and duration
Use an approved image when visual continuity matters. Check what the image actually shows before asking the model to animate it. A reference cannot guarantee that logos, hands or fine details will remain unchanged.
Choose a duration that fits one clear action. Several actions in a very short clip make it harder to judge the result. In Blitz, review model, orientation, duration and the displayed credit estimate before starting generation. Do not treat a retry or a longer variant as a free continuation.
Review the generated file
Check the whole clip, including its opening and last frame. Look for changes to product shape, extra objects, wrong lettering and movement that contradicts the script. Inspect sound if the output includes it, and confirm whether the finished post still needs narration or captions.
If the clip cannot demonstrate the intended fact accurately, use it only as an illustration or replace it with a real recording. Do not fix a misleading visual with a caption that the viewer may miss.
Attach it to the post you reviewed
A generated clip saved in the project is a media asset. Select it for the appropriate Atelier post, check its caption and preview, then create a publishing draft. Choose the account, AI-media disclosure and publishing action separately.
The Seedance workflow is inside the authenticated Blitz app. The public REST API, SDK and MCP server manage posts and existing media; they do not start an Atelier video-generation campaign.
